Safety Standards & Compliance
We strictly adhere to the Tanzania Occupational Safety and Health Act (2003), with statutory inspections conducted annually by the Tanzania Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA). Our specialized Emergency Response Team (ERT) is fully trained and equipped to handle emergencies, guided by our Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Emergency Crisis and Management Plan (ECMP).

In addition to ensuring physical safety, we provide access to a fully staffed medical center at our sites. In case of medical emergencies, an on-site ambulance and detailed procedures are in place to ensure swift and effective care.
